Offer to Cash Operations Director – Saudi Arabia

About the role

Medtronic Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Offer to Cash Operations Director to lead the end‑to‑end O2C cycle. The role focuses on operational efficiency, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement across credit, order entry, logistics and invoicing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily O2C activities, ensuring timely order entry, pricing, quotations and consignment handling.
• Oversee credit management, logistics coordination for deliveries and pod collection, and dispute resolution with the Operations Excellence team.
• Monitor invoice status and performance against service level agreements, developing action plans for resource allocation and transaction prioritisation.
• Track team and individual performance, identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with functional and commercial leaders to update risk mitigation plans and handle escalations.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, corporate policies and industry standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Offer to Cash or related finance and operations functions.
• Proven leadership in managing large, cross‑functional teams and complex processes.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on performance monitoring and continuous improvement.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and risk management capabilities.
