Oncology Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an Oncology Specialist to join Fakeeh Care’s multidisciplinary team. The physician will deliver high‑quality cancer care in accordance with the organization’s standards and privileges, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide patient care according to granted privileges, Fakeeh Care policies and clinical standards.
• Document all care activities following Fakeeh Care documentation procedures.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments and preventive measures, in collaboration with attending physicians.
• Perform or assist in medical and surgical procedures within the scope of granted privileges.
• Prepare and deliver medical reports promptly using the required format.
• Participate in departmental meetings, scientific activities and the training of junior staff.
• Adhere to safety protocols, maintain confidentiality and uphold the organization’s code of conduct.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and person‑centered care values.

Required profile

• Effective communication with patients, families, physicians and non‑medical staff.
• Experience in oncology practice as required by the regional health regulatory authority, gained in recognized medical centers.
• Board/Fellowship/Master level education in the relevant specialty.
• Valid practice license from the regional health authority (e.g., SCFHS/DHA) and BLS certification.
• Ability to work in high‑stress environments with strong organizational skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
