Operations Executive – Ultra Fast Grocery (UFG) Operations Lead

About the role

Amazon Ultra Fast Grocery (UFG) is building a new fast‑delivery service across the region. We are looking for an Operations Executive to lead day‑to‑day store operations, ensure compliance with Amazon policies, and drive performance across a large site or a network of smaller sites.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end UFG operations on a daily basis, supervising store activities and ensuring safety, quality and productivity targets are met.
• Motivate, coach and evaluate associate performance, handling attendance tracking and feedback.
• Develop and deliver training plans for pickers and other frontline staff.
• Collaborate with merchant stakeholders to continuously improve processes and achieve sustained performance gains.
• Conduct daily 4M/5S and safety GEMBA audits.
• Act as stand‑in for the Area Manager when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or customer‑facing environment.
• Strong record of achieving operational results.
