Operations & Internal Communications Coordinator

About the role

Roche is hiring an Operations & Internal Communications Coordinator in Riyadh. The role sits at the intersection of business execution and internal messaging, acting as a bridge between core operational functions (Access, Finance and Portfolio) and Corporate Communications. It ensures cross-functional workflows, administrative compliance and bilingual workplace communications within a collaborative, high-performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, refine and translate internal announcements and updates in Arabic and English
• Own the internal communications calendar and maintain intranet portals, SharePoint hubs and MS Teams channels
• Plan and run company-wide town halls, team-building activities and internal events
• Draft standard contracts and vendor agreements, coordinate feedback and manage digital signature routing
• Coordinate purchase requests and orders, maintain contract dashboards and support administrative compliance for healthcare engagements and payments
• Organize digital file systems (SharePoint, Confluence) so reference materials stay accessible and up to date
• Schedule complex meetings, take action-oriented minutes and track follow-ups to completion

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, English Literature, HR or a related field
• 2 to 4 years of experience in business operations, corporate administration or internal communications
• Professional fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English
• Strong organization, attention to detail and integrity when handling sensitive information

• SharePoint and digital signatures (e.g. DocuSign)
• Basic ERP or procurement tools
