Operations & Supply Chain Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an Operations & Supply Chain Analyst to enhance the speed, efficiency, and reliability of Autobia’s end‑to‑end operational flow, covering procurement, inbound logistics, fulfillment and dispatch. The role sits at the intersection of operations and analytics, turning data into actionable improvements in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Map and monitor end‑to‑end order cycle time across sourcing, first‑mile logistics, fulfillment and last‑mile logistics, identifying where speed is lost.
• Analyze operational bottlenecks in procurement, inbound flow, fulfillment‑center throughput and dispatch readiness, and support improvement actions.
• Track supplier performance, operational delays and exception patterns to boost reliability and response time.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports and alerts that increase visibility for faster decision‑making.
• Support process‑improvement initiatives by measuring current performance, identifying gaps and tracking results after implementation.
• Translate operational data into clear insights and practical recommendations for procurement, operations and leadership teams.
• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to improve execution discipline and drive continuous operational improvement.
• Monitor operational KPIs such as order cycle time, on‑time fulfillment rate, inbound lead time and supplier fill rate, highlighting under‑performance and opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Statistics, Data Science, Economics or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain, operations, procurement, analytics or a similar role within a startup, marketplace, retail, distribution or logistics‑driven environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluency in Arabic.
