Operator III – Recycling Production

About the role

Rowad, a leading plastic product manufacturer in the Middle East, is seeking an Operator III to run its recycling production line. The role focuses on safe, efficient operation of recycling equipment while meeting daily production targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify quality defects during the process and inform the supervisor.
• Follow standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and reduce cycle time and cost.
• Participate in preventive maintenance activities on machines.
• Prepare the site for start‑up, shut‑down, and maintenance work.
• Perform minor troubleshooting, report malfunctions, and ensure safe hand‑over.
• Prepare and submit daily production and efficiency reports.
• Record defects and good parts produced during the shift.
• Report any machine abnormalities to the supervisor.
• Contribute to productivity and process enhancements.
• Maintain housekeeping and comply with environmental and occupational safety regulations.

Required profile

• Diploma degree.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar recycling or manufacturing role.
• Fluent English with strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
