About the role
The Operator ensures smooth and reliable production runs by preparing documentation, operating machinery according to defined work instructions, and maintaining quality standards. This position is essential for minimizing downtime and supporting continuous manufacturing efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Validate the availability of all required documents (JFT, PCC, etc.) before each new job start‑up.
- Operate machines following the Work Instruction to guarantee safe and consistent runnability.
- Troubleshoot problems, request support when needed, and take corrective actions to reduce downtime.
- Check and relay the startup sample to the production section head for approval before QC inspection.
- Report any quality defects to QC and the production section head for immediate action.
- Assign tasks to helpers, ensure an organized run, and sustain 5S conditions at the machine and workplace.
