About the role
We are looking for a diligent Operator to join our manufacturing team. The role ensures smooth machine operation, minimizes downtime, and supports consistent production quality.
Key responsibilities
- Validate availability of required documents (JFT, PCC, etc.) before each job start‑up.
- Operate machines according to work instructions, maintaining safety and runnability.
- Troubleshoot issues and request support when needed to reduce downtime.
- Present startup samples to the production section head for approval before QC inspection.
- Report quality defects to QC and production supervisors for corrective action.
- Assign tasks to helpers, maintain 5S standards, and keep the work area organized.
Required profile
- Industrial Diploma (preferred).
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar production or machine‑operation role.
- Ability to read and communicate in Arabic and English.
Required skills
- Machine operation.
- Troubleshooting of production equipment.
- 5S workplace organization.
