Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Functional Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Projects (PPM) Functional Lead to drive end‑to‑end implementations, enhancements, and support of Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management solutions. The role involves close collaboration with finance, procurement, and integration teams to ensure accurate project financials and seamless system integration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion Projects (PPM) implementation and AMS engagements.
• Configure and manage project costing, billing, revenue management, and governance controls.
• Conduct requirement‑gathering workshops, fit‑gap analysis, and produce functional documentation (BRD, FSD, RTM).
• Lead SIT, UAT, defect resolution and go‑live activities.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring proper cost allocation, billing, revenue recognition and financial reporting.
• Support integrations with GL, AP, AR, OIC and other Oracle Fusion modules.
• Drive stakeholder management, governance reviews and compliance activities.
• Provide production support, incident management and continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior consultants and act as the primary business SPOC.

Required profile

• 8‑12+ years of experience with Oracle Projects / PPM.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Projects (PPM Cloud) implementation and support.
• Hands‑on experience in project costing, billing, revenue management and project accounting.
• Proven track record in end‑to‑end implementations, AMS, requirement gathering, fit‑gap analysis, UAT and go‑live support.
• Understanding of GL, AP & AR integrations and the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP ecosystem.
• Preferred Oracle Fusion Projects / PPM certification and experience with Saudi Arabia or Middle‑East projects.
