About the role
A key leadership position within a growing international business, responsible for managing the entire order‑to‑delivery journey and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee order fulfillment and logistics operations
- Manage delivery performance and inventory optimisation
- Support forecasting and coordinate with third‑party logistics partners
- Collaborate with commercial and operational teams to drive efficiency and continuous improvement
Required profile
- 5‑7+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain or order fulfillment leadership
- Strong knowledge of warehousing, inventory management and distribution operations
- Experience managing 3PL providers and delivery networks
- Excellent analytical, planning and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English
