Order Fulfillment & Logistics Manager

About the role

A key leadership position within a growing international business, responsible for managing the entire order‑to‑delivery journey and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee order fulfillment and logistics operations
• Manage delivery performance and inventory optimisation
• Support forecasting and coordinate with third‑party logistics partners
• Collaborate with commercial and operational teams to drive efficiency and continuous improvement

Required profile

• 5‑7+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain or order fulfillment leadership
• Strong knowledge of warehousing, inventory management and distribution operations
• Experience managing 3PL providers and delivery networks
• Excellent analytical, planning and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English
