Order Taker - In-Room Dining (Saudi Only)

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is hiring an Order Taker for its In-Room Dining (IRD) service in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will be directly involved in the order taking and order placing process for In-Room Dining and responsible for coordinating all service requirements addressed to it.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all service requirements addressed to In-Room Dining.
• Assist guests about menu items in an informative and helpful way.
• Maintain full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions, menu items and their preparation methods.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an Order Taker or in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while keeping a high level of accuracy.
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu items and ingredients.
• Strong organizational skills with an acute attention to detail.
