Organizational Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Development Manager to join our HR team in Jeddah. You will lead strategic OD initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and support business growth across a dynamic retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement organizational structures aligned with business strategy.
• Develop and manage performance management and KPI frameworks.
• Lead succession planning and workforce planning activities.
• Create and maintain competency frameworks, job evaluation, and grading systems.
• Drive talent development programs and change management initiatives.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in Organizational Development or HR strategy.
• Strong background in organization design, performance management, and competency frameworks.
• Experience in retail, FMCG, luxury retail, or manufacturing is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
