Organizational Development Manager

About the role

InnovationTeam is hiring a full-time Organizational Development Manager in Riyadh. The role improves the company's performance, processes and organizational capabilities by leading development and transformation initiatives together with department managers, reporting to the CEO.

Key responsibilities

• Translate the CEO's strategic direction into practical development plans and measurable initiatives.
• Assess processes, structures and systems and identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead approved initiatives to improve efficiency, service quality, costs and inter-departmental coordination.
• Develop performance indicators and dashboards, monitor progress and follow up on corrective actions.
• Work with Operations and the Project Management Office to improve contract and project delivery.
• Support improvements to governance, policies, responsibilities and delegated authority.
• Lead change management, including communication, stakeholder engagement and training coordination.
• Support digital transformation and process automation with Technology and Information Technology.
• Prepare business cases and feasibility assessments, and report results, risks and decisions to the CEO.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• PMP certification preferred; CCMP or equivalent change management certification preferred; executive education in leadership or organizational change is an advantage.
• At least five years of relevant experience at C-level in organizational development, transformation, management consulting or program management.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and working with senior executives.
• Practical experience in process improvement, governance, organizational restructuring and performance management.
• Experience delivering transformation initiatives from planning through implementation and measuring results.
• Experience preparing feasibility studies and business cases.
• Digital transformation, ERP, partnerships or service delivery improvement experience is an advantage.
