Organizational Performance Monitoring and Reporting Director

About the role

The Organizational Performance Monitoring and Reporting Director leads the development and execution of ZATCA's performance reporting framework, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivering high‑quality insights to senior leadership and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the operational plan for performance monitoring in line with the organization’s strategic plan.
• Design, maintain and continuously improve reporting tools and dashboards (e.g., Tableau, S+).
• Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual performance reports for internal (Board of Directors, functions) and external (Ministry of Finance, Royal Court) audiences.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and external agencies to discuss results, recommend actions and monitor corrective measures.
• Manage the performance reporting budget, identify cost‑saving initiatives and mitigate financial risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven ability to lead teams, set performance objectives and foster a high‑performance culture.

Required skills

• Advanced data analytics and reporting.
• Proficiency with Tableau and S+ reporting platforms.
• Strong strategic and business planning capabilities.
• Experience in budget management and financial impact analysis.
