About the role
Axia Medicine is seeking an Owner of its data platform to join the founding team. The role will build on the recent onboarding of a founding engineer who is leading the Smartomics app development.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and scaling of Axia's Smartomics application.
- Own the design, implementation, and operation of the data platform supporting multimodal health data.
Required profile
- 7+ years of full‑stack software development experience.
- Experience managing people or small teams.
- Minimum 3 years of AWS experience, including building HIPAA‑compliant infrastructure.
- At least 2 years working with genomics and multimodal health data.
- Background in early‑stage startup environments.
