P3O Officer – Managed Services

About the role

The P3O Officer will support governance, coordination, and portfolio management across multiple projects and programs for a leading ICT provider in Saudi Arabia. You will ensure standardized reporting, accurate portfolio visibility, and compliance with project delivery frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Project/Program Managers in planning, monitoring, and controlling project portfolios.
• Prepare dashboards, KPI trackers, performance summaries, and regular progress reports.
• Maintain documentation such as risk, issue, dependency, change, and stakeholder registers.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Support development and maintenance of project plans, milestones, baselines, and progress updates.
• Consolidate status reports, highlight reports, management dashboards, and board reports.
• Ensure adherence to approved governance standards, reporting templates, and procedures.
• Track cross‑project dependencies, risks, issues, and changes, escalating when required.
• Coordinate project start‑up, planning, risk, issue, and closure workshops.
• Assist in quality reviews, delivery tracking, transition management, and overall governance activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Project Management or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in PMO or portfolio management roles.
