Paid Online Retail & Marketplace Ops Specialist

About the role

This position is based in Saudi Arabia and focuses on managing paid retail media campaigns across major online marketplaces while ensuring operational excellence for product listings and seller platforms. The specialist will blend hands‑on campaign management with day‑to‑day marketplace operations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize retail media advertising campaigns on platforms such as Home Depot, Lowe’s, Wayfair, Costco and Sam’s Club, covering Sponsored Products, Brands, display and video.
• Manage end‑to‑end marketplace operations: product listings, content updates, keyword optimization, pricing, compliance checks and inventory alignment.
• Monitor KPIs (CTR, ROAS, ACoS, conversion) and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and merchandising teams to align paid media with broader e‑commerce goals.
• Generate regular performance reports and dashboards to track ad spend, ROI and operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot listing and campaign issues across multiple seller platforms.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience managing retail media or e‑commerce advertising campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to work full‑time in the CST time zone.

Required skills

• PPC campaign management (keyword targeting, bidding, budget management, A/B testing).
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience with reporting dashboards.
• Familiarity with marketplace backend tools such as Wayfair Partner Home and Mirakl‑based platforms.
• Knowledge of platforms like Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, Wayfair Retail Media, Home Depot Retail Media.
