Patient Care Officer

About the role

Shift Clinics is looking for a Patient Care Officer to join its Jeddah team. The role serves as a key point of contact, guiding patients through every step of their experience with the clinic.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound patient calls and WhatsApp inquiries.
• Provide accurate information about services and programs.
• Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments.
• Follow up with patients and support them throughout their journey.
• Handle patient concerns and resolve issues professionally.
• Coordinate with clinic teams to ensure smooth patient care and communication.
• Accurately document patient interactions and updates in internal systems.
• Follow established protocols, service standards, and patient care procedures.
• Escalate complex cases or concerns to the appropriate team when needed.
• Meet service quality and performance targets.
• Identify opportunities to improve the patient experience and contact‑center processes.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem‑solving abilities.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities simultaneously.
• Previous experience in healthcare, customer service, or a call‑center environment is a plus.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Professional, proactive, and patient‑focused attitude.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced clinic environment.
