Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our fast‑growing team in Jeddah. You will own paid media initiatives across multiple platforms, optimise spend, and deliver measurable growth for our SaaS and technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
• Monitor key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR and conversion rates, providing regular performance reports.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages and creative assets to improve effectiveness.
• Manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation to meet performance targets.
• Perform keyword research, audience segmentation and competitor analysis to uncover new opportunities.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to produce high‑impact ad creatives.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest trends, tools and best practices in performance marketing.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a performance or digital marketing role.
• Hands‑on expertise with major advertising platforms, especially Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in B2B or SaaS technology is a plus.
