Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

Dadan.io is seeking a hands‑on Performance Marketing Specialist to own and scale its paid acquisition engine. Based in Riyadh, you will manage end‑to‑end campaigns across Meta, YouTube, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat, driving high‑quality user growth while reducing CAC.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, YouTube, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat.
• Allocate and manage budgets, shifting spend toward the highest‑performing channels.
• Set and achieve user acquisition targets, continuously improving CAC, CPA, and ROAS.
• Run structured A/B tests on audiences, creatives, messaging, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
• Collaborate with creative and product teams to produce high‑performing ad assets.
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards, translating data into actionable insights.
• Monitor performance daily and adjust tactics to meet efficiency goals.
• Identify new acquisition avenues such as communities, forums, and marketplaces.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of hands‑on performance/paid media marketing experience.
• Proven track record running B2C SaaS acquisition campaigns at a global scale.
• Strong analytical mindset with deep knowledge of CAC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and LTV.
• Ability to own the full campaign lifecycle independently.
• Currently based in Saudi Arabia with a valid Iqama.
