Performance Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Performance Specialist to drive the development and measurement of organizational and departmental performance. In this role you will design, maintain and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyse results and produce regular reports that support strategic objectives and improve overall efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain KPI cards and ensure data is refreshed according to the approved measurement cycle.
• Collect, clean and validate data from multiple sources.
• Analyse and interpret data to uncover patterns, relationships and trends.
• Apply statistical tools and machine‑learning techniques to generate actionable insights and predictive models.
• Create reports and interactive dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Present data in a clear, simplified manner and provide recommendations based on analysis.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand data requirements and improve data quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data‑driven decision making.
• Ability to work independently and as part of cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Python, R and SQL for data analysis.
• Experience with data‑visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Excel.
• Knowledge of statistical methods and machine‑learning techniques.
