Personal Finance Products Manager

About the role

The Personal Finance Products Manager will lead the design, development and launch of lending products that meet consumer needs and drive growth for SAB. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to translate market insights into compelling product offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse performance, revenue and profitability of existing lending products against targets.
• Design new lending products based on consumer needs, competitive landscape and regulatory environment.
• Develop value propositions, specifications and feature sets for new offerings.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (IT, branches, marketing, legal, risk) to ensure smooth product development and launch.
• Create training manuals, sales support materials and deliver training to sales teams.
• Provide product inputs for marketing campaigns and work with marketing to promote new products.
• Collaborate with retail banking, wealth management and senior lending managers to align product design with business requirements.
• Identify and evaluate potential partners to support product launch and promotion.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in personal finance or lending product management.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to assess market trends and profitability.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
