About the role
Radisson Collection Residences Riyadh is looking for a Pilates reformer instructor to deliver high-quality Pilates sessions that promote strength, flexibility, posture and overall well-being. The instructor works with clients of different fitness levels in a safe, engaging and motivating environment, designing and leading both private and group classes.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver Pilates classes, including private and group sessions
- Assess client fitness levels and tailor programmes accordingly
- Ensure correct technique and safe execution of exercises
- Track client progress and give feedback and motivation
- Maintain a clean, safe and professional studio environment
- Create a positive and energetic training atmosphere
Required profile
- Based in Riyadh
- Certified Pilates instructor
- Solid experience in Pilates training
- Good communication skills and a positive, motivating personality
Required skills
- Solid knowledge of Pilates principles and techniques
- Ability to adapt exercises to individual client needs and goals
