Plastic Surgeon Consultant – Senior Clinical Role

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Plastic Surgeon Consultant to join our surgical team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will provide expert consultations, perform a broad range of reconstructive and aesthetic procedures, and ensure the highest standards of patient care throughout the surgical journey.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations, review medical histories, and assess treatment needs.
• Recommend and explain surgical and non‑surgical options, outlining risks and benefits.
• Perform diverse plastic and reconstructive surgeries, including treatment of birth defects, trauma, burns, and aesthetic enhancements.
• Prepare patients for surgery, enforce pre‑operative protocols, and prescribe antibiotics and pain management medication.
• Deliver comprehensive post‑operative care, educate patients, and schedule follow‑up appointments for monitoring and suture removal.
• Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to clinical policies and standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience post‑MD (or equivalent qualification) at consultant level.
• Licensed as a consultant in the home country and eligible for or holding SCFHS classification.
• Proven expertise in both reconstructive and cosmetic procedures.
• Exceptional attention to detail, surgical precision, and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and patient‑management skills.
