PMIS (Unifier/P6) Administrator – Water & Wastewater Projects

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented PMIS Administrator to support our water and wastewater projects. The role focuses on configuring, maintaining and supporting Oracle Primavera Unifier and Primavera P6 to enable effective project planning and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and configure Unifier and P6, set up project structures, user access, security profiles and system parameters.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues and apply upgrades, patches and enhancements.
• Manage project data – schedules, budgets, contracts and documents – ensuring integrity and consistency across platforms.
• Provide technical support and training to project teams, create user guides and conduct workshops.
• Coordinate integration with other project management tools and develop standard and ad‑hoc reports, dashboards and analytics.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best‑practice workflows and automation.

Required profile

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Primavera functional support and Oracle project support.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Primavera Unifier, Primavera P6 and OPPM administration.
• Experience in construction or engineering document control and data entry.
