PMO Analyst - Airports

About the role

The PMO Analyst – Airports will support the Programme Management Office by maintaining controls, data, reporting and documentation that keep the programme organised and transparent. You will provide day‑to‑day analytical and coordination support across governance, planning, risk, change and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain programme trackers, logs and reporting packs (status, milestones, actions, KPIs).
• Consolidate inputs from workstreams to produce accurate, timely reports and dashboards.
• Maintain documentation, templates and the SharePoint repository.
• Support governance forums – scheduling, preparing papers, taking minutes and following up actions.
• Update and chase RAID, change and dependency logs.
• Assist with resource and onboarding administration.
• Check data quality and consistency across programme artefacts.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes and tooling.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a PMO or project support role on medium‑to‑large programmes.
• Strong organisational, coordination and administration abilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with stakeholder liaison experience.
• Desirable experience in aviation, airports or critical‑infrastructure environments.
• Knowledge of recognised methodologies (PRINCE2, PMI, MSP, agile) and foundation‑level certification is a plus.

• Microsoft Office suite – especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Power BI for dashboarding.
• JIRA and Azure DevOps (ADO) for work tracking.
• SharePoint for document management.
• Data‑handling and reporting capabilities.
