PMO Consultant Finance

About the role

We are looking for an experienced PMO Consultant with a strong Finance background to support PMO and financial‑related activities across business and transformation initiatives. The role combines project management office governance with financial planning, budgeting, reporting and cost‑control activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support PMO governance and ensure effective project management processes, controls and reporting.
• Lead and coordinate financial planning and budgeting activities for projects and transformation initiatives.
• Monitor project financial performance, including costs, budgets, forecasts and variances.
• Prepare and consolidate financial and PMO reports for management and key stakeholders.
• Support cost control and ensure projects remain aligned with approved financial plans.
• Track project financial commitments, expenditure and overall budget utilization.
• Coordinate with Finance, Project Managers and business stakeholders to provide accurate and timely financial information.
• Identify financial risks, budget deviations and areas requiring management attention.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Project Management or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience, with at least 3–5 years in PMO/project financial management.
• PMP certification is mandatory.
• Strong analytical and financial reporting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines.
• Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or the insurance sector is not mandatory.
