PMS Hospitality Implementation Consultant

About the role

Shiji, a global technology company serving the hospitality industry, is looking for an experienced Implementation Consultant to join its Middle East team. You will implement the PMS and Meeting & Events solutions for hotel customers in the Middle East, working remotely and on site.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical consultancy to hospitality customers in the Middle East
• Implement, integrate and train on the PMS, both remotely and on site
• Implement PMS interfaces and the Meeting & Events solution
• Configure the system to meet country-specific legal and fiscal requirements
• Analyse customer needs and set up systems to fit their operations
• Train staff on the practical use of the software and bring the customer site live
• Answer operational and application requests on site and report project status proactively

Required profile

• Hospitality business background or a similar PMS implementation record
• Experience with meetings, events and groups is an advantage
• Fluent English and Arabic are an advantage
• Willingness to travel 70-80% across the Middle East
