Portfolio Business MW Customer Supply Manager

About the role

The Portfolio Business MW Customer Supply Manager is responsible for end‑to‑end supply chain operations of Microwave (MW) products and services in Saudi Arabia. The role ensures timely order fulfillment, manages inventory, supports SOx compliance and drives continuous improvement to deliver high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on orders for hardware, software and services, handling booking and invoicing.
• Contribute to logistics planning, order intake, revenue execution and inventory Latest Estimates (LE) management.
• Support supply chain processes to improve profitability, efficiency, quality and cost performance.
• Execute logistics processes to meet delivery targets, including monitoring and control.
• Perform SOx audits and collect demand, rollout and purchase‑order information for consignment stock planning.
• Manage central consignment inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Assess and track supply risks and challenges, proposing mitigation actions.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English with strong communication skills.
• Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, order management or related business operations.
• Focus on quality, accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can work independently in a dynamic environment.
