Portfolio Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Portfolio Manager to lead the development and governance of our airport infrastructure portfolio, supporting Saudi Vision 2030. The role will shape strategic planning, financial oversight, and performance improvement across a network of aviation assets.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain portfolio governance frameworks aligned with strategic priorities.
• Define and implement portfolio management best practices across the organization.
• Develop and continuously enhance portfolio management methodologies, frameworks, and tools (EPMO/PMO).
• Lead the development and review of business cases, funding requests, and RFPs.
• Develop and manage the Portfolio Master Plan with a long‑term strategic view.
• Define and monitor financial and operational KPIs to track portfolio performance.
• Analyze performance reports, identify underperforming assets/projects, and execute improvement plans.
• Collaborate with operational and commercial teams to identify optimization and revenue growth opportunities.
• Communicate portfolio performance and strategies effectively to stakeholders.
• Lead and develop team members, set objectives, and identify training needs.
• Ensure compliance with policies, processes, and governance frameworks.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the EPMO and conduct team meetings to track progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical) or Business Administration.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in Portfolio/Program/PMO Management.
• Strong experience in CAPEX projects and governance.
• Professional certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB), Balanced Scorecard Professional (CBSP), KPI Professional.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
