PowerBI Developer – Advanced Reporting & Analytics

About the role

The PowerBI Developer will design, build, and maintain interactive reporting solutions that enable project monitoring and data‑driven decision‑making. You will work closely with project teams and the Project Control Manager to ensure accurate, timely insights across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain interactive PowerBI dashboards and reports for project performance tracking.
• Design automated reporting solutions using PowerBI, SQL, Excel and related BI tools.
• Extract, transform, and analyse data from multiple sources to produce reliable reports.
• Create ad‑hoc reports and perform data analysis based on stakeholder needs.
• Profile complex datasets to uncover trends, insights and improvement opportunities.
• Build reusable data models, datasets and reporting templates for consistency.
• Support daily activity tracking and KPI monitoring for project teams.
• Assist the Project Control Manager in preparing periodic reports and ensuring data accuracy.
• Participate in project meetings to gather reporting requirements and propose data‑driven solutions.
• Define and maintain data quality standards, identify gaps and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence, including at least 1 year in a dedicated BI role.
• Strong analytical abilities with a focus on delivering actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
