Procurement Manager for Luxury Resort Operations

About the role

The Procurement Manager will lead cost‑effective sourcing and delivery of all goods and services required for the smooth operation of Jumeirah The Red Sea resort. This role ensures quality, compliance, and optimal supplier performance to support luxury hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage procurement processes to achieve cost reductions while maintaining high quality standards.
• Scrutinize product quality, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with company and local regulations.
• Monitor supplier performance, implement corrective actions, and mitigate business risks.
• Prepare product comparisons, arrange sampling, and oversee air and sea shipments for overseas suppliers.
• Supervise the Purchasing Supervisor and coordinate daily briefings related to the purchasing system.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of procurement experience in the hospitality industry.
• Strong command of English (spoken, written, and reading).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Materials Control Systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
