Procurement Manager – Oil & Gas EPC Projects

About the role

NSH Saudi is looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to lead procurement activities for large‑scale Oil & Gas EPC projects in Saudi Arabia. The role involves developing sourcing strategies, managing the full procurement cycle and ensuring timely delivery of critical materials and equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for EPC Oil & Gas projects.
• Manage the end‑to‑end procurement process, from RFQs and bid evaluation to purchase orders and delivery.
• Source and procure mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, piping, structural and construction materials.
• Identify, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve optimal commercial and technical outcomes.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Project Management, QA/QC, Logistics and Construction teams.
• Monitor supplier performance, resolve delivery issues and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Review commercial and technical proposals and conduct contract negotiations.
• Prepare procurement reports, cost analyses and status updates for management.
• Manage procurement budgets and identify cost‑saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
• 7–10 years of procurement experience in the Oil & Gas EPC industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in procurement of project materials, equipment and subcontract packages.
• Familiarity with international procurement practices and commercial contracts.
• Experience on Saudi Aramco, SABIC, ADNOC or similar major projects is highly preferred.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and leadership abilities.
