About the role
The Procurement Specialist (Tamheer) supports Sigma Paints Company by managing the purchase of goods and services, ensuring cost‑effectiveness and strong supplier relationships. This role is essential for maintaining smooth operations in a fast‑moving manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Process purchase orders and source suppliers.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to achieve favorable pricing.
- Maintain supplier records, monitor performance, and resolve delivery or quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to track order status.
- Generate procurement reports and assist with performance metrics.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance or related field.
- 0‑1 year of experience in procurement or supply‑chain activities.
- Preferred certifications such as CIPS or APICS.
- Strong negotiation, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
