Procurement Supervisor

About the role

The Management Recruitment Group is partnering with a leading real‑estate organisation in Saudi Arabia to appoint a Procurement Supervisor. Reporting directly to senior executive leadership, you will own the end‑to‑end procurement function, drive cost efficiencies and ensure compliance with Saudi regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement and strategic sourcing strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Identify, qualify and evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, capability and regulatory compliance.
• Manage complex RFQ and RFP processes, including criteria definition, vendor presentations, evaluation and business case preparation.
• Lead commercial negotiations, work with Legal on contract terms, SLAs and renewals.
• Oversee purchase requisitions, purchase orders, delivery follow‑up and invoice matching.
• Analyse spend data to uncover cost‑optimisation opportunities and deliver measurable savings.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with delegation of authority, Saudi commercial law and internal governance standards.
• Mentor a Procurement Specialist and collaborate with Finance, Legal, project and operations teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of procurement and supply‑chain experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or senior role.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi commercial law and procurement regulations.
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and lead negotiations.
