Procurement Supervisor – Project

About the role

The Procurement Supervisor will support project operations by managing day‑to‑day procurement activities for construction and infrastructure projects. The role ensures timely sourcing, supplier coordination, and material availability to keep project schedules on track.

Key responsibilities

• Handle procurement activities for ongoing project and site requirements.
• Prepare and manage RFQs, compare quotations, negotiate with suppliers, and issue purchase orders.
• Follow up on material deliveries, coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors to resolve any issues.
• Support project teams to align procurement operations with project timelines.
• Work directly with site engineers, project managers, and warehouse teams.
• Source construction materials and services according to project specifications.
• Monitor procurement status, maintain documentation, and produce regular reports.

Required profile

• Diploma in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project procurement within construction or infrastructure.
• Strong site procurement experience is mandatory.
• Experience in roads, utilities, civil or infrastructure projects is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of construction materials and procurement workflows.
• Previous experience on Saudi Arabia projects is preferred.
• Excellent negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.
