About the role
We are looking for a Product Engineer to help build and ship Laika’s AI‑powered legal platform that lawyers use daily for research, drafting, and review. You will work side‑by‑side with the founders and Head of AI on a live product that operates in both Arabic and English.
Key responsibilities
- Build and ship the AI‑driven legal product used every day by lawyers.
- Design and implement bilingual (Arabic & English) workflows, handling right‑to‑left and left‑to‑right text.
- Iterate quickly: deploy fixes, monitor usage, and improve features in production.
- Collaborate closely with the founders and Head of AI to shape the product roadmap.
Required profile
- Strong full‑stack engineering background with attention to user‑visible details.
- Comfortable delivering high‑quality solutions when specifications are vague.
- Ability to make product decisions independently.
- Arabic language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
Required skills
- Full‑stack development (any modern web stack).
