Product Specialist – Digital Healthcare Solutions

About the role

Tamer Healthcare is looking for a motivated Product Specialist to champion digital healthcare solutions across Saudi Arabia. You will blend sales planning, customer relationship management and technical support to accelerate adoption of innovative health technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate and align sales plans for assigned customers and develop action plans to generate leads.
• Present digital healthcare solutions with business cases focused on ROI, efficiency and patient outcomes.
• Drive profitable sales growth through engagement with current and potential customers.
• Build trust‑based relationships with key decision‑makers such as CTOs, Medical Directors and Digital Transformation leaders.
• Meet or exceed sales targets set by Sales Management and close deals through professional communication.
• Collaborate with marketing to design targeted digital campaigns addressing healthcare challenges.
• Provide technical advice, resolve customer concerns and maintain high satisfaction ratings.
• Prepare weekly activity plans and reports, and spend a minimum of 4½ days per week in the field.
