Production Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to lead our shift teams in process, packing, and cleaning operations. You will ensure smooth change‑overs, maintain product quality, and drive productivity while upholding safety and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Allocate shift resources efficiently across process, packing, and cleaning teams.
• Perform product change‑overs, make mechanical adjustments, and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Adjust machines after change‑overs to meet quality targets.
• Maintain safety processes, 5S activities, and ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Manage waste, re‑grinding, material consumption, inventory accuracy, and repacking activities.
• Coordinate with planning, warehouse, quality control, maintenance, and report deviations to the Production Manager.
• Collect and hand over production figures for the next shift.

Required profile

• High school diploma or 2‑year technical degree.
• Minimum three years of hands‑on experience in blow or injection molding, setups, troubleshooting, and process improvement.
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to manage a shift team.
• Flexibility to work day and night shifts.

Required skills

• Plastics injection molding equipment and processes.
• Blow molding and injection molding setups.
• Process control systems and troubleshooting.
• Process improvement techniques.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating system.
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience with Oracle and ALPLA systems.
