Program Manager Eagle

About the role

The Program Manager will act as the central point of coordination and governance across the program, ensuring strong execution discipline, proactive management of risks and issues, effective stakeholder engagement, transparent reporting, and alignment between the client and delivery teams. Reporting to the Practice Director, the role provides early visibility of emerging risks, drives resolution of cross‑functional issues and maintains strong relationships with senior client and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a robust governance framework for Eagle Accounting and Eagle Performance workstreams, coordinating program‑level planning, milestones, dependencies and deliverables.
• Act as the senior day‑to‑day interface with the client, building trusted relationships with senior business, operations, technology and transformation stakeholders.
• Maintain active oversight of program risks, issues and cross‑workstream dependencies, driving root‑cause analysis and resolution of critical delivery issues.
• Prepare concise weekly and monthly program reports for leadership, develop executive‑level materials for steering committees and ensure transparent communication of program health.
• Coordinate across Professional Services, product, engineering, support and infrastructure teams, managing inter‑dependencies and supporting resource planning throughout all project phases.

Required profile

• Significant experience managing large, complex technology implementation programs within financial services, investment management or banking.
• Demonstrated expertise in program governance, project controls, risk and issue management, and executive reporting.
• Proven ability to manage senior client stakeholders and operate independently in a client‑facing on‑site role.
• Experience coordinating geographically distributed, cross‑functional delivery teams.
• Ability to identify emerging delivery risks early and drive issues to resolution.
