Program Manager – Launch and Expansion (Amazon Now)

About the role

Join Amazon's Launch team to drive the opening of new fulfillment centers across Saudi Arabia. You will lead strategic, large‑scale projects that enable Amazon Now to expand its network and deliver best‑in‑class service to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Define program requirements and critical milestones by working backwards from the customer.
• Own end‑to‑end project coordination, ensuring all Road‑to‑Launch tasks are completed on schedule.
• Maintain program trackers and communicate progress, risks, and changes to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including business, technology, design, procurement, and construction—to drive execution.
• Gather and analyze launch performance data to identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of program or project management experience.
• Experience working with both technical and non‑technical teams.
• Proven ability to solve problems in ambiguous, fast‑changing environments.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, or holidays.
