Project Control Manager (Real Estate Development)

About the role

A leading real estate developer in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Project Control Manager to join its growing team. The role requires strong developer‑side and consultant‑facing experience, with deep knowledge of project controls, contracts, cost, timelines, and payment management.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee consultant and developer contracts, ensuring obligations are met.
• Monitor overall project schedules, milestones, and delivery timelines.
• Lead cost control, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting activities.
• Review and manage payment applications, valuations, invoices and approvals.
• Coordinate closely with consultants, contractors, project managers and internal development teams.
• Track project performance against cost, schedule and contractual commitments, identifying and managing risks.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards for senior management to support decision‑making.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in project controls, project management or commercial management.
• Proven experience with large‑scale real‑estate development projects and consultant interactions.
• Excellent knowledge of contracts, timelines, cost control, payments and reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC markets is preferred.
