Project Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support the PMO and active projects, acting as a bridge between Sales, Projects, and Operations. The role ensures accurate project tracking, reporting, governance, and performance visibility across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day activities across multiple projects and business units.
• Support Sales‑to‑Delivery handover, capturing scope, timelines, budgets and deliverables.
• Maintain and update project schedules, trackers and milestones.
• Prepare weekly and monthly dashboards and performance reports covering revenue, cost, progress, risks and KPIs.
• Build and maintain dashboards using Excel and Power BI with data sourced from Microsoft Dynamics ERP.
• Manage project data in Microsoft Dynamics ERP, including budgets, contracts, purchase orders and invoices.
• Facilitate coordination with Sales, Finance, Operations and vendors to ensure smooth execution and timely billing.
• Track deliverables, scope changes, variations and change requests.
• Organise project meetings, record minutes and follow up on action items.
• Identify and escalate risks, delays, commercial impacts and revenue leakage.
• Ensure compliance with PMO governance, reporting standards and audit requirements.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP (mandatory).
• Strong background in dashboards, reporting and performance tracking.
• Understanding of sales‑driven project environments such as events, production, construction or services.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
