Project Coordinator (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

Eram Talent is looking for a Project Coordinator to join its team in Saudi Arabia, based on site in Jeddah. The role reports to the Lead, Operational Strategy & Planning, and provides operational support for the project team at NEOM. Its main aim is to plan and manage resource requirements so that operational objectives are met, and to make sure operational reporting follows established procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate reporting processes: prepare and organise strategic reports, presentations and documentation for internal leadership and external partners.
• Streamline data collection and analysis to support timely decisions.
• Support the creation of dashboards, tracking tools and progress reports to monitor timelines, deliverables and KPIs.
• Maintain a performance database tracking project milestones.
• Produce regular internal and external reports on project status, risks and achievements.
• Take meeting minutes, track assigned actions and deadlines, and escalate risks, delays or issues.
• Act as liaison between project teams and stakeholders, and support scientific and educational reporting and event and travel reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Facility Management, Data Analytics, IT or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in project coordination and data analysis, preferably on large-scale projects.
• Experience with CAFM software for facility management and project tracking.
• Strong organisational, communication and multitasking skills.

Required skills

• Data dashboards with Power BI, Tableau or Excel.
• Project timeline management and team coordination.
