Project Engineer

About the role

The Project Engineer will support the planning, coordination and execution of engineering and construction projects for HCO in Riyadh. Reporting to the project manager, the role ensures project activities stay on schedule and meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing project plans and monitoring progress against schedules.
• Coordinate daily interactions with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams.
• Prepare and distribute project reports, meeting minutes and follow‑up on action items.
• Maintain project documentation, deliverables and communication records.
• Support project managers in stakeholder engagement and efficient project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and project requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, project management or the construction industry.
• Active registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational abilities.
