Project Implementation Coordinator – Telecom Projects

About the role

The Project Implementation Coordinator supports the execution of telecom projects within Ericsson's KSA Delivery Organization. You will act as the central hub for coordination, communication, and documentation, ensuring that all activities are completed on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end project implementation, acting as the Implementation Manager for assigned initiatives.
• Coordinate between management, internal departments, vendors, contractors, and external stakeholders.
• Maintain project schedules, action plans, dashboards, trackers, issue logs, and status reports.
• Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and regular management updates.
• Issue and follow up on Purchase Orders for subcontractors and service providers.
• Maintain accurate, confidential project, contractual, financial, and administrative records.
• Support project close‑out activities, including documentation, resolution of outstanding actions, and lessons‑learned capture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in project coordination or implementation, preferably within the telecom sector.
• Familiarity with Ericsson’s organizational structure and productive units.
• Experience working with Saudi telecom operators (STC, Mobily, Zain) is a strong plus.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, documentation, and reporting processes.
• Hands‑on experience managing Purchase Orders.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
