Project Manager - IT Infrastructure Modernization Projects

About the role

CodeNinja Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large‑scale IT infrastructure modernization initiatives for a leading Saudi banking client. The role will oversee data‑center refresh, cloud readiness, network transformation, workplace modernization, and platform upgrades while ensuring business continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end infrastructure transformation programs across data‑center, cloud, network and workplace domains.
• Coordinate with architecture, security, network and operations teams to define migration plans.
• Manage vendor delivery, track milestones, budgets, risks and resource capacity.
• Ensure zero or minimal disruption to banking operations during migration activities.
• Report progress to senior stakeholders and adjust plans as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure project management or enterprise transformation.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering or a related field.
• PMP certification is mandatory.
• Proven track record of delivering large‑scale infrastructure modernization programs.
• Experience managing vendor implementations and enterprise migrations.
