Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join SJSurbana Jurong’s Project Management Consultancy team in Riyadh. The role supports the Project Director in delivering major infrastructure projects, acting as the main interface with clients, consultants, contractors and regulatory authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Director in day‑to‑day management and delivery of large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including civil, MEP, design consultants, contractors and specialist advisors.
• Monitor scope, schedule, cost, quality and risk to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Develop, review and maintain master programmes and execution plans.
• Lead progress review meetings, drive actions to resolve issues and mitigate delays.
• Prepare client presentations, executive reports, dashboards, KPIs and status updates.
• Support contract administration, change management, risk management and claims avoidance.
• Track budgets, expenditures, forecasting and cost‑control activities.
• Ensure compliance with quality, HSE, contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in project handover, close‑out activities and lessons‑learned workshops.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• 10–15 years of professional experience in infrastructure project delivery.
• At least 7 years on major infrastructure projects in the Middle East.
• Experience with a construction or project management consultancy is highly regarded.
• Strong commercial awareness and contract administration knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
