Project Manager – New Manufacturing Facility

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the end‑to‑end development of Sediver’s new manufacturing facility in Saudi Arabia, overseeing planning, execution, budgeting, stakeholder coordination and regulatory compliance to ensure timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall project management for the establishment of the new manufacturing plant, aligning with objectives, timelines and budget.
• Manage relationships with local authorities and stakeholders to secure permits, licenses, approvals and government incentives.
• Oversee planning, execution, budget control and monitoring of all civil engineering and construction activities.
• Identify, assess and qualify local suppliers for strategic raw materials in collaboration with Procurement and Quality teams.
• Coordinate communication among internal teams, contractors, consultants and legal/tax advisors to ensure effective execution and compliance.
• Collaborate with technical experts to define and align technical specifications for construction, equipment procurement and plant infrastructure.
• Monitor project progress, mitigate risks and prepare regular management reports on status, milestones, budget performance and critical issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Proven experience in capital project management and PMO activities, preferably within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing construction projects in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of local regulatory requirements and ability to navigate permits and government relations.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); Arabic knowledge is a strong asset.
